Learn about the multitude of data available to HubSpot, and how they make sense of that data to drive better decisions, and how their strategy moves them deeper into automation based on product usage and feedback data.

MBA Fellow Alum Matt Barber T’09 is the Customer Experience Lead at HubSpot where he uses data and feedback to drive a deep understanding of HubSpot’s customers. Previously, Matt was at Fleetmatics, a SaaS provider of fleet tracking and optimization software that was sold to Verizon in July 2016 for $2.4 billion, where he was a Director of Product Management and Senior Manager of Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to Fleetmatics, he spent 3 years at Deutsche Bank advising software and technology companies on IPOs and other corporate finance transactions. Matt is an alumni MBA Fellow of the CDS program.

Dan Wolchonok Yale SOM ‘13 is a Senior Manager of Growth and Analytics at HubSpot, where he is responsible for helping the product team more quantitatively. His team helps the product team and the rest of the organization gain insights through product usage data and customers’ success. He helped to start HubSpot’s new sales product division as both an engineer and product manager. Dan founded PrepWork, a personal digital assistant service while in business school. It was acquired by HubSpot in 2013. Prior to business school, he worked at Microsoft in enterprise search and as a consultant at PWC.
