Alva is an associate professor of business administration, specializing in technological change and corporate entrepreneurship. He has published in Strategic Management of Technology and Innovation and Administrative Science Quarterly, among other publications. Professor Taylor received BS, ME, and MBA degrees from Cornell University and a PhD from Stanford University. He has taught at the Tuck School since 2000.
