As VP of Operations and Chief of Staff at HubSpot, Alison is responsible for the company’s operating system, pricing and packaging, strategic planning, and ultimately, keeping HubSpot on track as the world’s leading inbound marketing and sales platform. Since joining the company in 2011, she has led various functions at HubSpot as Marketing Operations Manager, Sales Operations Senior Manager, and Director of Operations. Prior to HubSpot, Alison was a User Experience Specialist at Fidelity Investments focused on the customer experience of their business and customer facing products and websites. Alison holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.S. in Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University.
