Chatbots and the Strategic Value of Conversational Marketing
Will Collins T’16
VP of Operations
Join the Drift VP of Operations, Will Collins T’16, for a discussion about chatbots and the impact of conversational marketing on business. Conversational marketing is a one-to-one approach to marketing used to shorten the sales cycle, learn about customers, and create a more human buying experience. By interacting in a personal, conversational way, companies create instant feedback loops with their customers that can uncover insights and drive up customer engagement (and sales).
Drift is the world’s leading conversational marketing and sales platform. Customers use Drift to provide a modern buying experience for potential customers, generate more qualified leads, and dramatically accelerate the sales cycle. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Drift is a venture-backed company founded by serial marketing technology entrepreneurs David Cancel and Elias Torres.
