Teresa Burlison
Executive Advisor
Teresa N. Burlison serves as Executive Advisor to the Center for Digital Strategies at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She is an experienced tech executive and advisor who has led and scaled teams in high growth, fast-paced environments. She currently is VP, Deputy General Counsel of GlobalLogic, Inc., a Hitachi Group Company, where she’s responsible for the Americas and the company’s global employment, litigation, and AI law functions. Before joining GlobalLogic, Teresa was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Sparrow, a regulatory compliance SaaS platform and GC, Chief Administrative Officer of digital publishing company Medium. She also served as the Head of Litigation, Regulatory and Employment Law at Dropbox during and after its successful IPO. Before going in-house, Teresa spent over 10 years practicing law in Silicon Valley, including at firms Morrison & Foerster and Baker & McKenzie.
