About Courtney Crimmins

Courtney has been with Netflix almost 4 years. She joined as the founding member of a team originally called Creative Partnerships. It was the first team to work across the Marketing and Product promotional organizations and today includes 30+ people around the world and has been renamed Creative Planning.

Prior to Netflix, Courtney was the Connections Planning Director at The Coca-Cola Company leading communication strategy and media planning for the Flavors Portfolio of brands (Sprite, Fanta, Mello Yello, Surge, Fresca, Barqs and a host of others) as well as the CCNA total portfolio data and programmatic initiatives. Prior to her 4+ years at Coke, she spent 12+ years at various creative and digital advertising agencies in NYC, Chicago, LA and Atlanta. Courtney is the mother of 3, an avid historical fiction buff, and a HIIT and Peloton devotee.
