Andrew M. Geisse

Andy Geisse is a 35-year telecom industry veteran who has served in a variety of key executive leadership positions for AT&T’s wireline and wireless organizations, both in the U.S. and abroad. He currently serves as an advisor to the NetNumber board. Andy’s last position was as Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Business Solutions, AT&T’s business-to-business group. He had P&L responsibility for over 50% of ATT’s revenue. The customer base included over 3.5 million business customers and all of the Fortune 1000.

Prior  to  his  most  recent  position,  Andy  served  as  Executive  Vice  President  of  AT&T’s Global Customer Service,  where  he  was  responsible  for  all  customer  service and operations  functions  for  AT&T’s Business Solutions. From 2004 to 2007, Geisse served as the company’s Chief Information Officer. Prior to that role, he was Senior Vice President, Enterprise Software Solutions responsible for AT&T’s software development. His experience also includes several leadership positions in the wireless industry, including serving as CEO of VTR Cellular from 1995-96 and Chairman and CEO of STARTEL from 1996-1998 – both Chilean wireless providers partially owned by AT&T at the time. Mr. Geisse earned a bachelor degree in Economics and Mathematics from The University of Missouri and an MBA from Washington University.

Dan McCall leads engineering and product management for the Desktops and Apps business unit at Citrix and its flagship XenDesktop and XenApp products. He joined Citrix via the acquisition of Virtual Computer, where he was president and CEO. Prior to joining Virtual Computer, Dan was a co-founder and general manager at Guardent, a leading managed security services provider. He is a recipient of the prestigious Ernst and Young 2002 Entrepreneur of the Year award and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.

Chris is Facebook’s lead on spectrum policy and mobile access and in this role is one of the key stakeholders driving Internet.org’s connectivity strategy. Previously, Chris managed Facebook’s partnerships with mobile operators.

Prior to Facebook, Chris was VP of Business Development at LightSquared and VP of Global Development and Roaming at Sprint Nextel. During his career, he has consulted with start-ups, wireless operators and also provided consultation to the FCC on a host of roaming and spectrum issues.  Early in his career, at Palm he helped launch the first wireless PDA, and at OmniSky, Chris led the product and business development for its wireless portal. He has an undergraduate degree from Marquette University and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

Adam Golodner is a Partner in Kaye Scholer’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department and Leader of the Global Cybersecurity & Privacy Group. With a unique career spanning more than 20 years of leadership positions in business, academia, and government, Adam is well recognized for providing high-impact strategic advice and resolving complex issues at the intersection of technology, security, national security, innovation and economics.

Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, he spent ten years running global cyber policy for Cisco Systems, Inc., and served in government (Justice Department, Agriculture Department, The White House), and academia (Dartmouth College, ISTS). He has deep experience with the issues facing private and public-sector clients in critical information infrastructure sectors and focuses on existing and proposed cybersecurity laws and policies, litigation, corporate governance, and transactions. He also advises on regulatory and compliance matters, including in the antitrust arena, helping clients to develop effective and efficient programs and representing them in investigations and related litigation brought by various US and international regulatory regimes. Adam is also a Senior Advisor at The Chertoff Group and a member of Business Executives for National Security.
