Madison Roos serves as Program Manager for the Center for Digital Strategies at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she brings a distinctive combination of military leadership, large-scale logistical expertise, and media production experience. With five years of service as a U.S. Marine Corps Artillery Officer and prior work in documentary production for the Holocaust, Genocide and Human Rights Education Initiative, she blends operational precision with a deep commitment to impactful storytelling and education.

Under her leadership in the Marine Corps, she directed artillery operations in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments, overseeing teams, equipment, and strategic planning to achieve mission objectives. In addition to her combat arms responsibilities, she managed large-scale logistical projects—coordinating the movement of personnel, equipment, and resources across multiple units to ensure operational readiness. These experiences now inform her work at the Center, where she manages program logistics, supports the delivery of high-profile events, and builds connections among students, faculty, alumni, and industry leaders to advance the Center’s mission.

Her earlier career in documentary production focused on educational and awareness-building projects addressing genocide, human rights, and historical memory. Through her work with the Holocaust, Genocide and Human Rights Education Initiative, she contributed to the creation of media designed to inform, inspire dialogue, and promote understanding of some of history’s most difficult lessons—skills she now applies to curating thought-provoking programming for the Tuck community.

Before joining Dartmouth, she built a diverse career spanning military service, logistics management, and educational media. Across these roles, she has consistently excelled in operational planning, program execution, and relationship building. She partners with institutional leadership to strengthen the Center’s impact and ensure that its work addresses the most pressing issues in technology and digital strategy.

She holds a B.A in Communications from Penn State University. Her areas of expertise include organizational leadership, large-scale logistics coordination, educational programming, and strategic communication.
