About Constance Helfat: Connie is a professor of business technology and strategy and specializes in knowledge management and innovation. She has published articles in Strategic Management Journal and Management Science, among other publications. Professor Helfat is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley, and received MA, MPhil, and PhD degrees from Yale University. She has taught at the Tuck School since 1998.
