That’s the question Professor Alva Taylor, Faculty Director of the Center for Digital Strategies at Tuck, posed in a recent article in the Stanford Social Innovation Review.
Professor Taylor’s question was in response to a rise in data-driven outreach to prospective donors across the non-profit world. While the approaches driving engagement may be complex, Professor Taylor stresses that the messaging and promises offered by nonprofits need to be as simple as possible.
