Terry Kramer, Regional President, Vodafone Americas

Terry Kramer joined Vodafone in January 2005 as Chief of Staff to Vodafone’s Group CEO. In 2008, Terry was named Vodafone’s Group Strategy and Business Improvement Director. Key efforts included the update of Vodafone’s strategy which identified key mobile internet, mobile and fixed broadband and enterprise revenue growth initiatives as well as leadership of Vodafone’s 1B GBP cost reduction program. In 2009, Terry was named Regional President, Vodafone Americas responsible for Vodafone’s 45% ownership interest in Verizon Wireless including joint Vodafone/Verizon operational priorities in technology roadmap, common services, global account management and procurement. Terry sits on the Board of Verizon Wireless and is a member of the Verizon Wireless HR Committee. Terry represents Vodafone on the Board of the mobile industry association, GSMA and serves as the Chair of The GSMA Strategy Committee.
Mark VandenbrinkMark VandenBrink, Vice President of Technology Solutions, Samsung Telecommunications America
Mark VandenBrink is Vice President of Technology Solutions for the Wireless Terminals division of Samsung Telecommunications America. In this role, VandenBrink focuses on the design and implementation of next-generation software and wireless technologies. Prior to joining Samsung, Mark worked with Motorola as a Fellow and Chief Architect of Systems Software within the company’s Mobile Devices business. Prior to his time at Motorola, Mark worked on the mobile Java platform for IBM, designing software for the company’s Pervasive Computing Division. Mark holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Kevin has more than a decade of experience with start-up and high-growth ventures in digital media and technology; including i-play (Digital Bridges), PlayPhone, LimeWire, Blaze Media, Slam Games, buzzd and zendit. He has built a number of companies at the leading edge of innovation in the digital media sector, raising more than $100M of venture capital across the various ventures. He has played a key role in management teams which have consistently delivered market-dominating results in rapidly fluctuating commercial and organizational circumstances.
Emily GreenEmily Nagle Green, President and CEO, Yankee Group
Panel Moderator
Emily Nagle Green is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Yankee Group Research, Inc., a storied technology research firm that for over 40 years has guided a global clientele through profound connectivity change. In her long technology career as an engineer, marketer, and researcher, and through her published work and speaking engagements, she has become widely respected as a thought leader on the impact of connectivity on networks, enterprises and consumers. Emily was granted a B.S.L. cum laude in linguistics from Georgetown University and an M.S.E. in artificial intelligence and computer graphics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Moore School of Engineering.
