The Center for Digital Strategies invites you to join us in welcoming Norton Street Capital Founder, ProKarma Executive Chairman, and the longtime former Chairman and CEO of CEB, Tom Monahan, for a discussion about how leaders make decisions managing in the digital age. Specifically, should CEOs and top leaders in today’s digital organizations be trusted to make strategic and operational management decisions about the use of technology in the enterprise?

About Tom Monahan:

Tom Monahan currently invests and engages in businesses and organizations that create and use technology, data, and analytics to inflect business performance, improve individual careers and lives, and produce healthy and just societies. He is currently serving as the Executive Chairman of ProKarma, Inc., a digital technology company within The Carlyle Group portfolio. He is also a board member of Transunion (NYSE: TRU), and a member of its Compensation Committee; Workforce Logiq (a Carlyle Group portfolio company); Winsight (a Pamlico Capital portfolio company); and, until its October 2018 sale, Convergys (NYSE: CVG), where he served as Chair of the Compensation Committee. He also serves on the boards of the Maret School, PeaceTech Lab, and The Nature Conservancy (Maryland/DC Chapter), and acts as an advisor to several private equity and venture capital funds. And he is an executive in residence at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
