Previously at Forrester, James served as a vice president and research director, running Consumer Technographics North America, Forrester’s unparalleled consumer research effort. Before that, he was a senior analyst and founding member of the online retail strategies practice at Forrester, where he launched Forrester’s coverage in the travel and automotive industries. In addition to his work at Forrester, James has taught marketing research at Boston University’s top-rated College of Communication and advertising management at Syracuse University’s S.I.
