MBA Lunch with John Chandler T’86
CDS Executive Fellow and MBA Alumni Adviser, John Chandler T’86,will meet with MBA students on Thursday, January 12th, 2017.
John Chandler T’86 is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. John was responsible for the customer experience, branding, advertising, digital eco-system, lead generation, social media, product marketing and community responsibility efforts of MassMutual, and key to his success was driving a digital and brand transformation in this 165 year-old, Fortune 100 mutual life insurance company over a 10-year period.
John continues to explore and champion similar digital transformation efforts in established companies, as he sees this investment as being critical to the long-term viability and success of even well established firms. His experience has fostered deep appreciation and insight that he hopes can help other leaders successfully navigate the cultural and financial challenges that digital and brand transformations represent.
John is visiting Tuck as a guest in Faculty Director Alva Taylor’s class, Strategic Change in Turbulent Digital Environments.
